Access Fontana 4.3.0

Citizens in the City of Fontana are now able to conveniently submit service requests using their iPhones or directly through the City's website. These requests are automatically directed to the appropriate department for prompt attention. This service is made possible through a collaboration with PublicStuff. Instances of graffiti and potholes that are reported will be swiftly routed to the Public Works department, triggering the immediate creation of a work order. Upon completion, individuals will receive timely notifications via phone or email confirming the finished task.

Requests for dead animal pickup will be swiftly directed to Police Dispatch, facilitating the dispatch of an Animal Services Officer for removal. Please be advised that notifications are not issued once the animal has been removed. Furthermore, additional service request categories are anticipated to be incorporated in the foreseeable future.
